I can't stand their food, but ever since my sons were watching a show on "different" McDonald's around the world, they have been begging to go see the one in Orlando. Does anyone know where it is or have you been? Is it regular prices or worth the trip?

I haven't eaten there in years, so I don't know about the prices, but it's a fairly impressive McDonalds. It's on Sand Lake Road, between I-4 and International Drive, so you can reach it via either I-4 or I-Drive.

From WDW, simply take I-4 eastbound and get off at Sand Lake Road (SR482) heading east. As soon as you get off the exit ramp, get into the left lane and make the first left turn. You'll see the McDonalds from the exit ramp.

This place is on our to-do list. We're trying to keep food costs down for this summer's upcoming trip, and that particular McD's has had a bunch of good coupons in the past, via the internet, local publications, the Orlando tourism site, etc. - hoping to track down some more!

We LOVE this MCD!!! It's a GREAT place and has the Bistro Menu, meaning they have more than the reg MCD food. My kids want to go back!!!! Here is their website:

I mean, which one are ya'll talking about? I mean, I can't imagine McDonalds closing one of the 2 special ones, but they're both on Sand Lake, one on the tourist side of I-4 and one on the ritzy side, cater to their respective sides......both are pretty neat.....

Ok haven't been in yrs but its really close to the Nikibird kidsuits hotel if I recall because we went on a Sun before we drove home and we had a heck of a time getting out of there. Though we would let the kids blow off steam before the drive home. Its fun but crazy crowded. At least it was the day we went. Its the thing I know they remember because they asked it we could go back again this Spring. The others are more themed with out the crazyness of the 3 floor playland. I would let them go again but my husband wasn't so thrilled with the thought. Also they have a timeshare booth in there so just be aware of that. Have fun.

Thank you! That's the one! Cool, I am glad to hear they have more than the regular McD's food. ;)

I am hoping it won't be too crazy at the end of Jan, maybe we'll go there for breakfast or lunch on one of our "off" Disney days.

We stopped at one off of I-4 last Spring and I was amazed that they had "real" sandwiches and stuff on the menu. Unfortunately it was too late to order of that part of the menu :(

I'd definetly stop there again if I were nearby.
