OT: How does one become a Travel Agent?

I'm not sure where this post actually belongs, but I do know that there are probably lots of people here who can answer my question. If I wanted to study to be a travel agent how would I go about doing that? Are there reputable online certificate classes? I've checked several community colleges here in WA state and can't seem to find a program.

there are several great threads on the budget board. I went back to school and got my travel certification. That with my selling and 10 years in retail management plus my own love for all things Disney helped. It took time to find a job with the right company. A place where I am a member of the family and not a worker. I have found that.
