My parents are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary this weekend. They are heading off to Las Vegas for a week. And have told us they don't want a party of any sorts at all. Which I belive they really don't. But my sister and I want to do something special for them. We are looking for ideas..or a special gift that they would cherish? Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks a bunch

Call the concierge at their hotel. I bet they can arrange something cool for them.

We bought my parents a 50th anniversary trip to Las Vegas. Part of what we did was pay in advance for them to renew their wedding vows at one of the wedding chapels there. We didn't schedule it, we just paid for it and it was up to them to do it when they wanted. My parents aren't the type to do ANYTHING like that, but they actually really enjoyed it, and let me tell you, it's very cute and funny to see pictures of my 70-something parents holding hands, gazing in each other's eyes, my Mom wearing a corsage, with Elvis in the background performing the ceremony. Priceless!

My sister in law just went on an anniversary trip and while they were travelling (so they would be clueless) we called the hotel and paid for their room and sent a gift basket with a card. Boy were they surprised! And they still had all the extra cash with them so they were able to splurge and truly enjoy their weekend.
