OT: Help! Need cheap plan for Blackberry or the Like

I need to get something that has email access for when I travel. Can't deal with a laptop (would need a MAC for work and don't have the money). Am tired of visiting business centers and kinkos. Thought I could use a blackberry or sidekick in airports, hotel rooms, etc. but can't seem to find a cheap plan.

Any suggestions?
