Does anyone remember if GWL ever does a room sale like the 48 hr sale in the spring or summer? We are wanting to take our DD for her 4th bday and I am hoping that we can somehow find a better deal than rack rate. I have the tried the ratestogo website in the past but they never seem to have availability.

Maybe look at doing that and getting a bunch of your friends & family to go as well?

This how we do it every two years. I looked after it last year. You need 10 families to book a group. I just called group reservations, got a group code and sent a message on Facebook to all my friends. It was super easy to get 10 people signed up at that discount price.

When you book a group deal do you have to pay for all 10 rooms or can the people in your group call and py for the rooms seperately?

We've learned only to book one night stay even if we want two because we've always been offered asecond night at a very low price. Last visit I think we payed $129 for a Wolf Den room.

No we set it up so that you give out the code and everyone calls and books their own rooms with their own cc.

I got a great rate last year on a weekday in June before schools got out. I pulled the kids from school Thurs and Fri. I am trying to recall but think we got a room for 199.
