I know most of the topic on this board are based toward younger kids but I would really like to hear some outside opinions. My DD is 18 and graduates May 24th. Her and 10 of her friends from school (all 18 year olds) want to go on a road trip to California (13 hour drive from us). They want to stay for 4 nights and go to Universal and Magic Mountain and also have a beach day. They are all good, responsible kids with jobs and this is how they would like to celebrate this accomplishment.
DD has always been the perfect child. An honor student, college bound with good morals and strong self convictions. I do not want her to go but she feels very strongly about doing so. I guess my question is am I being too paranoid not wanting her to go? Or too lenient by deciding to let her?
What would you do?
Signed, very
