that's rather cute - we used to have a picture of DB asleep on the bottom shelf of a small shelf unit...

I also have a picture of my eldest (when she was about 3) fast asleep under her bed. It took us quite a while to find her...

It would be for me now as i am so not flexible, which is a problem when I have to treat people & demonstrate what I want them to do.

I can't even stand up and touch my toes. My mum (aged 71) can put her hands flat on the ground.

Neither can I, the closet I can get is just pass me knees & then the cramp sets in.

I am a qualified Sports Therapist (similar to a physio but deals with mainly sports injuries). I also work at Sainsburys as there isn't enough paid sport therapist work at the moment.

My friend is a physio (specialising in women's health) and she has the same problems.

If I bend down to the lowest shelf in Tesco, I need to hang on to something to haul myself back up again.
