I jsut spent AGES scraping snow off my car that had frozen solid!!

My doors were frozen shut and my windsrceen wipers had frozen too!! Horrible way to strt the day

Oh dear - you obviously live too far north

No frost or ice in sight down here Then again, no snow either

I'm sat here trying to work out where to get £500 from.... I've just found a great deal for DLRP in Jan.... 3 nights plus flights- £502....

I could theoretically book it but nobody would get any Christmas presents!!

Robert just sent me the following text in reply to my great find:

"Do some bloody work!!" Note, he never actually said no! That gives me leverge!!

That's what I've done, our email system also does read reports so I can prove that she read my initial emails and ignored them

Good for you! Heres hoping she gets in trouble for being a pretty bad manager...

She sent me an email yesterday night basically saying that she was agreeing to the leave as if she doesn't she knows I will not turn up for work although I don't think I'm going to leave it there tbh.

It seems a bit of a slur on you that you wouldnt turn up anyhow

Cap'n, I would challenge this as she is implying that you are unreliable and unprofessional. I would say that this response is churlish at best. Besides, you don't know what she is saying to her line manager about you. If she is saying the same sort of thing, it doesn't create a very positive profile of you, does it? Good luck!

According to a lot of Southerners I've met there is no life above the Watford Gap!

When I went to see the Boosh in Sheffield, Noel Fielding informed the heckler who was yelling in a very Yorkshire accent that anything North of Watford 'just sounds like bubbles' to him!!
