Its hard for me to get involved with the theatre company I used to be part of (I was on their committee too!).... It's a shame because I miss it a lot. It's just the shows are always at the times of year I need to travel.... This is the group:

Bob, I love your idea of a honeymoon at the Pink Palace. That would be really lovely. A combination of Disney (I'm thinking Walt's, California Grill, Annette's) plus Paris (Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, Eiffel Tower, Seine) could be soooo romantic and special.

Have you picked a definite date yet? I seem to remember February being mentioned?

Thank you! I've had a pleasant day. DH took the children to Tesco's yesterday and only came back with the baby. He had secretly arranged for the older two to stay with Nan and sil, so that we would have a peaceful evening. It was very quiet without them.

I'm allowed to Dis undisturbed because it's my birthday.

We aren't really a big fan of Paris as a city which is a shame. Thats why we're thinking maybe Paris by night, and I'll try and persuade Robert about the Lido, and maybe another daytrip somewhere else.... Then it's a nice mix of things.... I am sooooo thinking California Grill already.....! Can't wait!! And Walts!!! TBH, its mainly the food I'm thinking of!! I think it could be an AMAZING honeymoon though if we plan it well!

I've actually just wrote to the Vicar yesterday to see if he can conduct our wedding ceremony, so hopefully we'll have a firm date before long! I'm hoping for the first Friday in Feb 2010.....

I'm not keen on Paris either but did enjoy the cultural/arty side. I loved Sacre Coeur as when we went the nuns(?) were all singing and it made my spine tingle to hear it. I knew that you would be planning meals at DLRP! You could get something special put in the room for Robert too. You shouldn't have told me, I'll be planning it for you before you know it! You must avoid the school holidays and Valentine's Day (I have found that halfterm usually coincides with Valentine's Day)

What is your natural hair colour? I never did find out.

I couldn't believe it when he came back without them. I hadn't spotted their packed bags in the hall. He surprised me with his cunning.

The baby was reasonably quiet, bless her, I think she was confused by the lack of noise.
