Young Hadley lost her battle with a brain tumor/cancer in December and her mother is trying to get Oregon to start doing a Childhood Cancer Awareness License plate but the first hurdle is 1,000 signatures. Hadley's wish was always to get to meet the Princesses but she became too sick for her to make the trip.
