OT: Family Beach Resort Recommendations?

Hi Everyone,
We've already palnned our Disney trip for this year (May!), but we're also looking to go away to a nice family friendly beach resort for the week of New Year's. I can't find any websites with "real people" reviews of family resorts - any suggestions on a resort or a good website for travel reviews? We're thinking of the Caribbean, but will go as far as Costa Rica, Aruba, etc.

We stayed at the Marriott Ko'Olina resort on Oahu last March and had a great time. We stayed in the hotel, the JW not the vacation club, but that has wonderful accomodations as well. Many of the Marriott's, Hyatt's, Hilton's, etc have kid programs.
