OT: Delta Dental, worth it?

I am considering delta dental for us, I currently have no dental insurance since I went part time at my job. I understand that it is not insurance and I will still have to pay but I will get a better rate, anyone have experience with it, is it worth it? Thanks.

I'm assuming that Delta Dental also has a discount program and that is what you are referring to? I ask because my husband had Delta Dental for a few years and it was an actual insurance with deductibles and co-insurance.

If you or your family members don't have a lot of problems with your teeth and discount program is probably a pretty good choice. If you need more work done, it's probably best to try to find a dental insurance to cover those costs.
