OT Complaining!!

Do you know how hard it is to plan a holiday anywhere other then Disneyland??

I'm in the process of organising a holiday to Thailand in January, and boy I'm not enjoying it like I enjoy going through Disney stuff... I've found a few forums and the like, but the people there just aren't like everyone here. I'm sorta scared to post anything because of the amount of flaming that goes on.

There's not as many pics to look at, there's nothing to discuss, like along the lines of "This very moment in Disney" or the elimination game, or anything fun.

I've found the hotel I want to stay at, I know the flights we're taking, and I know what things I want to do and see when we get there... That's it, there's nothing more that I can look into, so now I'm bored... But hey, it means I'm back here again with the friendly people!!

I completely know what you mean. I had to plan two Europe trips this year, and everyone that was coming left me to do the planning because I enjoy Disney planning so much. It was no where near the same, I was miserable the whole time and I ended up not planning nearly as much stuff as I would have were it a disney trip

Yep! The Tripadvisor Maui Forums are way too political and people there are not really helpful or friendly.

As a trip planner/obsesser, Maui trip planning has been a real downer for me.
