Ok this is the deal. My soon to be thirteen year old ds wants to take 2 shirts to WDW. The first one has a picture of a dog on it and it says "dont eat yellow snow" I said no to this one because I thought some people might find it offensive. The other one I am on the fence about because even though it is funny we may get spit on lol it says "Not only am I perfect I am Canadian too". Do you think we should take it or leave it?

I would take the cnd one. Infact DS has a onsie packed that says not only am I cute, Im Canadian too!. So its pretty much the same idea.

I'd take the Canadian one!! I need one like it!!

Both of them are great, in todays society is it very hard even in the US not to find childrens tshirts without some kind of a slogan on it.

Let your DS wear what he wants as you will definetly see much worse!!

have a great trip

I would take both I wore a shirt that says Canadians Kick A** while we were there and many people laughed and commented on how great that shirt was. I also saw a number of others that said Canada kicks A** I have no problem with them at all.

I too would take both.
Actually when we were there last January, we saw someone with the Not only am I perfect, I'm Canadian T-shirt on.
I told him I loved it.

I also wear my Canada is hockey hockey is Canada period shirt all the time when we go down.

Thanks I wasn't sure if it was ok or not. I was even wondering if wearing our Disneyland hoodies would be ok:confused3 :rotfl2: Oh ya he also wanted to bring his t shirt with the squirrel on it holding a bat that said "protect your nuts" I definitely had to draw the line there!

A wise man once said..... "don't worry, be happy!!"

I say you should able to make any statement you want on a t-shirt... as long as there is no profanity or nudity!! ;) There's nothing wrong with making a statement.

I'll bet the most common reaction to the Canadian shirt will be from other Canadians you run into... and the yellow snow shirt... from people asking if you're Canadian, 'cause that's where all the snow is!! :rotfl:

Well lets hope everyone else appreciates the humour! Thirteen year old boys are well.....thirteen!:goodvibes :rotfl2:

What does it mean... "And I'm Canadian too".

The only way to be perfect is to be Canadian in the first place.

:cool2:

Before we left on our DLR trip last year, DH and DS (16) bought a few different Canadian shirts and socks, and we did get other Canadians coming up to us in the park to say hi. Just noticed you were leaving in 4 days...have fun while the rest of us Calgarians freeze....
