I just worry about how it will affect the children later in life.

I'm just watching it as well...I think this too- it will have a great impact on their future.

I dont understand how could someone could do that either but most of the time it leads back to their own childhood.

Not bad thanks. Had a shock earlier though, I went to my doctors to see how much they charge for medicals as I need one for my provision licence to get my category C1 added. He charges £150 that is pure greed, the form is only tick boxes. I have emailed the ambulance service to see if I can have my medical with them early & get them to do the form. I also explained that I don't think it is fair that we have to pay out a lot of money just to get the job

Gosh - thats a lot to charge

I know, we have a Bupa hospital near us so I might see how much they charge. I have worked out it is going to cost me about £1000 to have my medical, theory & practical test for my C1 licence. None of which the ambulance service is funding.

Well actually there is a meeting at 1pm that someone very kindly booked me in for - I politely told them I was taking Mum shopping (I'd arranged this at the weekend before I was told about the meeting on Monday) and if I was back then I'd come along but in all honesty I'm not even going to attempt to get in. I have loads of things here I want to do as I've a friend stopping by tomorrow evening for a nice chat and I want the house somewhat tidy!
