I think she has hurt his feelings a bit. I can't stand the woman. I rarely meet anyone I dislike, but she is one of the only two people I hate....

I don't get on with Henry's mum very well either, I find her very over bearing and interfering. I think its an "in laws" problem!

I find Robert's Mum insensitive, rude, and selfish. Those are my main issues with her. It really upsets me because I wanted a mother in law I could at least get on with, and she hates me because I'm not skinny and because I have my own opinions....

It probably is the classic in laws problem!

I just switch off when Henrys mum goes on and on, shes always gossiping (I know she does the same about me) and her way is always the right way. She will never change so I choose to ignore it - and never move to Yorkshire and be near her!

Evening everyone.
Bob those pictures are fabulous and I can see why you are having such a job deciding.
I like the tree house for it's air of difference, would love to see pictures of the inside though before totally going for this one.
The Pavillion looks lovely, I like the fact that you have that all round view, very spacious and airy and love the view of the fountains, at night it would be spectacular.

Don't think I've been much of a help, but before I say one over the other I would like to see the inside and see what the space etc., was like.

I've only just seen this Diane, Sorry! Thank you for your view!! I do agree the Treehouse is something very different.....

Yeah.... When she met me her face fell.... A couple of weeks into our relationship, she asked Robert, totally unprompted: "Wouldn't she be happier if she dropped some weight?"....

i know. main problem is we live in Somerset so is difficukt to arrange time off to get to the wedding fayres. did ask my sister, her x boyf and my mam to go to one a few months ago, but was a disaster!

my mam and sis both had really different views of the place, then my sis went really over the top and got us info sent from all the places she liked!

and she's not impressed that we are only having our parents, siblings, and my best friend and her husband and kids (only as her daughter is bridesmaid) at the ceremony. which adds up to around 23 people. thats really is more than enough for us, as we both are really shy and don't want a lot of people there. i think people get to involved and forget who's wedding it is!

we are planning on having a larger reception possibly between 100-150 people.

is yours going to be a big wedding?

We aren't having a big wedding either. 50 people for the full day. At 23 people you'll have lovely intimate ceremony!
