OT - Changing avatar

I am trying to use a picture, but it tells me that I. Have to change privacy settings and I can't locate where to do this.. Can anyone give dummy instructions? Thanks.

Hi Ted - when I try to upload a picture, it tells me I have to change something in my privacy settings. but I can't find a spot to authorize this. I think I found it, it was in the settings on my i-pad, not the disboards. Going to give it a try.
