I've had a total of 5 questions over the past two days and I have been logged on all day at work!

I think it might be time for me to move on to something else. I just don't know how much longer I can keep with ChaCha when it's so unsteady and so uncertain.

I agree, I am thinking of filling out some applications tomorrow at some local retail places. I used to easily make $500 a month on ChaCha, I have made $2.40 since the pay zeroed out

I've stopped doing ChaCha too. I've signed on once or twice and didn't get a single query in over 10 minutes each time, so I'm done. At least until I hear it's up and running more steadily (which I honestly doubt it will ever be the same again). I'm not canceling my account, just not using it. I want it open in case I do decide to give it a shot again. I'm bummed about the whole thing. It had the potential to be a great 2nd job. It was for the last 4 months. I just wish all this happened AFTER the holidays!

I am puzzled. When I log on to work, it seems like I am getting them b2b or at least a 30 sec. wait between calls. I hope that you all start getting more calls, too. It is really unfair.

I'm very bummed too! I thought I'd finally found the perfect way to make some money to help out with our families expenses. And I did for about two months. It will help with Christmas which I am very grateful for, I just don't want it to end.

I was back to back at about 4pm until 7:30 tonight. That was great because my total searches for the week is about 222. Now I don't have to worry if it poops out again. Good luck to all those still waiting for questions. i'll take a break and let you get some.

well, i tried the new trick everyone was bragging about in the chacha forum-don't log out, just set to away-it didn't work. i left my computer on all night w/ the guide console set to away and i waited 10 minutes for my first question after i set it to available...it was a specialist question and it never loaded. so much for THAT theory, but i'm glad it works for some people.

I have been on for 2 hours and had 6 questions.... They all have the word "eye" or "las vegas" in them. It started Monday morning, I wonder what would happen if I removed those from my interests? Knowing my luck I would get nothing! I was b2b on Sunday night and it has went downhill ever since.....

They have my current week searches incorrect for two days in a row. It says I have 4! I only have about 20 after hours of being logged on, but I still want credit for them--just in case some questions start to come through.

Yup, I've stopped for now too. I can make more on Ebay part time, so until I read on here that it seems to be up and running again, I'm not going to bother logging on and sitting there waiting for questions.

Well, this will be the third day with no questions. I sent an email yesterday and this morning, of course no response.

Has anyone ever complained about the slow system and then received a response? Or been "fixed"? I'm not holding my breath. I just wish they'd tell us whats going on!
