And to you too. . .you're not being a downer at all. And you're right - it can only get better. That is a wonderful attitude, and one I need to take too, as I realize I've been doing nothing but complaining, so I apologize.

I'm getting queries about once every 3-5 minutes, so it is better than it was earlier today. I am hopeful it will keep speeding up!

It keeps telling me "Your connection to the ChaCha Universe has been interrupted. Please log back in."
But when I do, it boots me right back out.

Anyone else?

Maybe it's something with my computer. I'm going to try closing and clearing.

I am so aggravated with these jerks right now. I wish they would just close the site for a few days so they could really get to the bottom of the problems, then open it up and let us work! I've been knocked out three times between 7:10 ET and 7:23 ET.

I keep trying to stay on because at this rate with the little free time that I can work, I'll never make it to 200.

So far I've answered 61 questions for the day since 10AM.

If one more guide gets on the ChaCha forum and says- it's been B2B for me all day- I think I'll find a way to reach through the screen and have a private talk with them for either lying or just flaunting the fact that they are apparently favored with ChaCha and are spared the trouble that the rest of us are having.

I would have just made 20 for the first bonus period but ChaCha won't let me work.

I've been closing and clearing all day. Arrggghhhh!

OK- I feel a little better now.

I just now noticed that two of the four times I was booted out, I was in the middle of answering a question and it is showing a total of $0.00 for those, which means it WILL be counted against my completion totals!

I have been doing ChaCha for a couple days, I really enjoyed it the first two days, now not so much with all the technical stuff.

Tonight, I logged in and was doing great for about 1 hour. Then it started logging me out, (I am an expiditer) wouldn't let me put the correct categories in the box and then started telling me that I had taken too long to answer the questions! I finally have given up for the night. I tried to log back in after clearing out my personal data ect and now it won't even let me log back in. I think I will try again tomorrow. I was excited about the prospect of not being rich but any extra money would help. Now, I kinda am wondering what I have gotten myself into! More chaos and frustration I don't need.

Send feedback! Whenever I've gotten booted out in the middle of a question when there have been system issues, I go to my list and copy the part of the question that's there and the time, and send feedback. I'm pretty sure they (whoever "they" is) make adjustments for that. If it happens often, like it has been recently, I copy them into a notepad file then when I'm done, I send feedback on each one separately. That way they see there are MANY problems right now.

and take heart! my queries have gone from 2-4 minutes apart to about 1 minute apart! i don't want to jinx it, but perhaps things are looking up!

I must be lucky, I have not been booted. I also have had only a few questions in the past 20 minutes. So unusual. It does say that they are having problems ...so I am sure that whatever is going on is being worked on. I hope.

I have been a Guide since October of 2006. Trust me, they are not good about letting us know when there are problems but right now the system is having huge problems. They should work out in the next couple of days.

It was nice to know that alot of my Disney friends are also ChaCha Guides!

I got booted on a super easy one earlier (how long is HSM3). I was not pleased since that was such an easy question.

Mine is showing as $.00 too. I'm not too worried though. They know when they have big system issues and take those into account.

I'm getting questions about every 2-3 minutes. Better than earlier, at least.
