The why doesn't matter so much as how much will this affect my account ... I keep getting bounced out. Twice now I was searching for an answer and *poof* I was logged out.

And then about 5 times I've had a pop-up that the question been reassigned because I took too long. Only thing is, I clicked yes / accept as soon as it popped-up.

What do you think will happen?

question for those that chose the debit card for payments. I know there is a $2 fee when they transfer money, but do you pay a fee at the atm when you use the card to access your cash?

I figured that they took the two dollars out when they put your money on the card. I could be wrong

Aw man, I replied to this last night and it didn't show up!!!

My theory is the question reassigned is because the question is sent to multiple guides at the same time. (I assume you aren't referring to the popup at 5 minutes or 10 minutes into answering the question). The "too slow to click okay" timeout doesn't count against you.

I've had this happen often. It didn't count against me. Once I sent a feedback. They surprisingly replied. They said they knew there was a problem and not to worry about it affecting my performance ratings. It was a rather nice email.
Sometimes it is like the system goes completely haywire. I get question after question so fast, like they are on top of each other. I just try to log off, which is sometimes hard. A couple of times, I just shut down all together.
I wouldn't worry.

I had trouble getting booted all weekend myself.

With the debit card...it doesn't cost anything to check your balance at an ATM. If you want to take out cash do it at a grocery store instead as it costs nothing there. You can buy a pack of gum, gallon of milk or loaf of bread whatever you need & take the amount you need out then.

aaahhh good idea, I was thinking with the $2 to transfer the cash, then the atm fees to get the cash, it could really add up!

After you take the final test to become a guide, how long before they let you know something? I took it last night (it took 1.5 hours to get the necessary 10 questions sent, and I was up till 3:30 am) but haven't heard. My traning status just says this - "traning status:"

Love to know if I passed or not. I know I screwed up one answer, and took longer than 3 minutes to answer another (couldn't find a good source for the right answer) so I'm worried....

It took me longer than 3 minutes to answer at least three of the questions and I still got accepted. It took 3 days before I heard anything. On the third day, I logged in a did a couple of extra test questions. As I was finishing the 2nd question, my acceptance email came through.

I'm excited because I have made $30 in 2 1/2 days and that's at $.10 a question. I can't wait until I make TG!

It usually takes 2 to 3 days to hear if you have been accepted. It takes a while to check your answers.

I want to know when they will post the money for the contests. I just checked and it is still not there.

Are your searches for the week wrong?
Of course, this would only be for yesterday, but it says I have completed 8! I did a lot more than 8 yesterday. I didn't keep a tab on it, but probably closer to 40.
The system keeps going down on me to check to see the lists of questions, which is very frustrating.

I am having the same problems. My count is wrong that is when I can get the page to load.

Yuck! I hate not knowing how much I am making! I usually stop after I reach $10 per day. But since the earnings site is down, I don't know when to stop.

Mine from yesterday still never showed up in my earnings.... I only did like 30, but still. Nothing I did tonight showed up, my goal is 25 a day but I am quitting....no clue if I made the goal or not, I know I will get it eventually, but it makes me loose motivation not seeing it.

Hmmm, perhaps a period with the start of a new sentence instead of the dash? You could try contesting it, though I wonder if the chacha.com source would get a QC for citation. I'd look for an alphabet site or something.

I think it was because you wrote your own customer clarify button. If you have nothing to go off of, you should hit "clarify." If its something like "what's the weather?" and there's no location available then you can write, "I'm sorry, but I am unable to locate weather without a current location. Please text back a current zip code" (or something like that). Although it could be the dash thing. I wouldn't bother contesting it if its your only one.


I'm a little frustrated with the earnings statement now too. Its now over six hours behind. I try to do $20 a day, and guessed I might have done enough, but anything after dinner isn't up yet.

I've been using a tally sheet, you know 4 straight lines down and one diagonal.

It helps me know where I stand and I'm not so frustrated over how many I've done. HTH!
