i am thinking about trying this as well for some extra money. ive been lurking on the board and then when i went to my full time job yesterday (a cell phone company) there was an update talking about chacha and how we were going to start telling our customers about it. i have been using it

They responded to my E-mail about the error message stating that they had some problems over the weekend, but that the site was working fine now. Well, I tried it again, at work instead of at home (and with a different computer as well) and I am still getting the error message. I E-mailed them again. Hopefully this will get fixed soon.

Please let us know what they say. I would so love to try this.

Any help on how to print the hand book?

Right click onto the link to download the handbook- choose something that should say "download target object" or something similar. Once you download it, you can probably print it!

I am getting the same error message... I've tried from my home computer and my work on (at lunch of course...)

I really hope the QC gets the people who just make up answers. I hate when someone texts for more info and I find out the previous guide just made the answer up. That really hurts the credibility of ChaCha and leaves other guides in a tight spot!

Me too, it's infuriating. What's even more infuriating is when you tell someone about how you're a Cha-Cha Guide, they try it and get a total crap answer! It's downright embarassing!

Never mind. I downloaded the correct version - or at least I think I did - and I still get the error message on the second page of the registration. I give up. I guess they are not interested in anymore guides.

Ugh, i'm having the same problem as many of you are. I also sent them an email telling them about the problem. However, i don't think it has anything to do with them not needing guides... I actually texted a chacha guide and asked if they're still hiring, and he said yes. If anyone gets this to work or has any updates, PLEASE post them on this board! Thanks!!!

I can't get into ChaCha for the life of me tonight. Every time I log in it gives me an error that says my session has been interrupted and I need to re-log in. It is very frustrating! If they are planning on having this HUGE amout of questions from that race that they are sponsoring or advertising at this weekend, then then better make sure the dang system works!

I know. I've been getting that from my own son and it's driving me nuts. He'll text me saying, "Mom! ChaCha sucks, would you look up XYZ for me???" and I'll end up finding the answer right away. I'm starting to think that some guides just rely on their own knowledge rather than even attempting a search.

I filled out the online form on Sunday night, and still haven't got an email from them. I actually have a few free hours in the day while the boys are at VBS to 'study' the handbook too - if I'd heard back.

Anyone else filled out the form and not heard back 48 hours later?

Did you do the sim test? If so, just log in and begin! If you haven't done the sim questions, then study your guide handbook and watch the video before starting because they're very informative. Go through everything they tell you to in the section on preparing for the sim.
