I am so glad it isn't just me! I usually get B2B questions and today I've gotten none at all! I was afraid it was going to mean no more ChaCha for me and my extra Disney spending money was gone down the drain. Thank goodness it's a problem on ChaCha's end and not ours! I only need 46 more questions to make my 200 so I hope they fix it soon!

nothing coming through here either. i've been dead for about 10 minutes now. so much for a friday contest... the one question i got in the past 10 minutes never loaded THEN it told me i'd taken to long to answer.

So I've been clicking on the button to accept the question. and then NOTHING! I have to click the Back button to get the right page. Then as I was putting my answer in it said I was taking too long and the question went to someone else! I hadn't even taken a minute and a half yet! How much does this count against your score? I'm going to email them and let them know what's going on. I don't want to be screwed over because of their system!

I've received 4 questions in the last 15 minutes. I accept them right away and nothing comes up for about 2 minutes. Then I get a message saying I took too long to accept and it's been assigned to another Guide. Ugh!

I am soo glad I am not the only one! I have got 3 questions within the past 15 minutes and when I push accept it doesn't load. After a few minutes it says timed out. And of course the kicker is...you can't log into the forum to contact them and tell them about it. All i've got to say is it better not count against me.

Grrrr if I don't make top guide again I will be ticked. It kept crashing on me last Saturday and that is why I didn't get my 200, I was out of town early in the week. I met all the qualifications for continuious top guide pay, but was left off the list, now I probably won't make it this week either. This sucks!

Yeah it's strange. I went on at 6. Was really slow for 15 mins. Then started getting them more regularly. About 8 it started kicking me out of them. Obviously big problems there. What i don't get is, there have been problems all week. They can't figure it out in a week? That's a bit of time. Now it's the weekend. Who's working on it over the weekend?

I was getting them steady for a while, finally. And I was able to click on the specialist questions again. That lasted for about a half an hour for me and then a specialist question came up, and I couldn't click on it, just like earlier. Since then.......back to nothing.
