Hey everyone!!
I was hoping someone on here might have put their kids in Castle Academy or know someone with kids in Castle Academy.
My SIL is considering putting her ds in Castle Academy for 8th grade. He had a very tough time last year with the kids and he was so overwhelmed, changing classes and trying to get there on time.
There were a couple of bigger kids then him who bullied him a few times and the principal didn't do anything.
Castle Academy is a small private school, that has about 8-9 kids to a classroom with 4 aides.. so there is a lot of one on one...
So, my question is, if you have had your kid in there, know someone who has a kid in there, what are your feelings about this school?
She is afraid it might be too much like a daycare center or something, as it has before and after school care...., something you would find in an elementary school.....He is a little old for that..
She just wants him to have a good experience and do well. He did amazing on his tests, just had a problem with getitng his homework in, as he was so unorganzied with 8 different teachers and having 8 different folders.. It was just too much for him to handle,.
Thanks for listening to my ramble and I hope someone out there can help
Thanks
