Pay off our bills.
Pay off MIL's house, buy her a new car, look into some sort of investment account that she could use the interest from.
Pay off BIL's bills... and give him an amount, maybe around $50,000, and tell him to NEVER ask us for money again. That might last for a year. If we are lucky.
Buy new cars for us.
BIG addition to our house. We don't want to move, but I would love my own library / study, wife would love a craft room, and a play room / rec room that is soundproofed (lol) for the kids. And...
it would be kinda nice to have a second bathroom!!!
Give money to my oldest sister, not sure how much, but a good sized chunk. They have worked hard and done well for themselves, and she and her husband have been incredible in helping out family members both financially and just being supportive.
Give something to my two other sisters.
Make sure my Dad is all set. He seems to be doing fine in his retirement, but I would like to make sure money matters would be taken care of for him.
Good private school for my son. Daughter is doing fine in public school (my town does have a great school system).
I would love to not work, but the above ideas would burn through a lot of money quickly. My wife probably would work fewer hour with her career, nurse, but she actually does love her work.
Buy all new airpacks for my fire department, so that they all match! Oh the joy it must be to have all the airpacks brand new and the same model!!
