OT Black Friday deals for Canadians

I saw on Breakfast Television this morning that Toys R Us will price match any US Toys R Us deal you find for Black Friday sales.

Does anyone know if Apple canada is having a sale? I am looking for an IPAD!!:goodvibes

Apple is having their annual sale on Friday, both online and in store.

Banana Republic & Gap are having a 40% off this weekend.

Sears is matching US black Friday specials.

Bath and Body Works has a gift bag for $20 thats worth $115 if you spend $25 in their store.

Disney Store has a huge sale this Friday.

Amazon.ca is having some Black Friday specials.

Apparently WalMart is doing some big Black Friday thing, but I don't know if this is ONLY in Ontario?? No confirmation, and their website doesn't specify.

Zellers is having Midnight Madness Friday but we got no flyer saying what will be the hourly specials. Last year, I got dd a Nintendo DS $60 off at their November Midnight Madness.

Any idea what will be on sale at the Disney Store? Also, does the sale carry over to Saturday as well?

I was just in the Disney Store tonight, and the ones in Edmonton are open from 8am - 11:30 pm. The girl at the desk basically told me if I could come back tomorrow, the prices would be well worth it. She wouldn't tell me what the deals were, but when I asked about clothing and if they would be reduced further from what they were tonight, all she would say is it would be worth the wait. So, I guess I shall be going back to the mall tomorrow and check out the sales!

And it is only a one day thing. They apparently do this sale once a year (I'm assuming it coincides with black Friday in the US)

Well....I just went to the Disney Store and the prices were exactly the same as last night, even though she told me to come back today. The lady at the till said that the specials were only from 8-10am....sure wish the store clerk could've told me that last night, because I would've gotten there at 9:30 instead of 10:15! Prices were still good though...lower than normal.

Disney store here in Halifax--they had the big "toddler" princess dolls...I dunno, 18"? 24"? They have that baby-doll shape, and are dressed in the typical outfit for each princess. Regular price $34.50. Nice dolls, a "big" present for a little girl. $12!! :cool1: My dd is 7, so too old for them, but I bought a pair of Belles for the 3 and 4 yo's in the office adopt-a-family.

If there's a little girl in your life, get one or two...honestly, cheaper than a little Barbie... They seemed to have all the princesses, including Tiana. (I didn't see Rapunzel, though I didn't actually look for her.)

I got a couple of mugs, too, for $7 ea. Other than that, I didn't see anything earth-shattering. The t shirts were 10 or 12$, which isn't that unusual.

shoot I should have checked in here earlier so I could get a MAC book for a good price at Best Buy. They were matching the Apple store sale. Oh well, I guess I'll just purchase online.
