OT - Best phone card from Greece

Way off topic...

DS17 is off to Greece for a 9-day trip over March Break. (They leave next Thursday.) We'd like to get him a phone card he can use from over there to call us once or twice. Anyone have any idea on what a good card might be? We're not necessarily looking for the cheapest card, but one that's easy to use.

We're thinking the easiest thing might be to give him the Canada Direct toll-free number from Greece and then any regular domestic phone card should work. We'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

The easiest thing is for him to go to any kiosk in Greece and ask for a
5 Euro (= Cad. $8.00) long-distance card. He should tell the kiosk-man
that he will be using it to call North America.

Then, he can use it exactly the way we use the long-distance cards here.

To call Canada from anywhere in Europe, dial:
001 + area code + number
