I agree that it may just be the teacher. My son has been diagnosed with ADHD and is on medication (please no one slam me for this, you wouldn't believe the difference) but his teacher this year constantly complains about him, so we took him to see if his medication needed adjusting. The psychiatrist told us that his current dosage is fine (he sat and had a polite conversation with the doctor for an hour and a half!) and we will have "on" years and "off" years depending on the teacher for the rest of our lives.
On the other hand, as a child I was constantly in trouble in the 1st grade. The problem, I was bored to death! Getting into the gifted program the next year helped a ton. If she's learning everything she needs to know I'm sure she'll be fine.
