Okay, so I guess I am not a "new" mom anymore, as DS is 6 months
, but how do you new moms keep up workouts? I work 4 ten hour days a week and I am FRIED on my workdays after work and hanging with and getting DS ready. I hit the gym on my 3 days off, but I need some great 30-45 minute at home ideas for the winter that I can do dreadfully early in the morning
. Anything I can do with the little man would be better, too!
I am really struggling with my halt of weight loss. I was a gym rat, to say the least, before DS, so this has been a mental and physical struggle for me. I am not one of those lucky ladies who can do little or nothing to lose weight without some consistent hard core exercise.
Any ideas???
