OT - Anyone have a Giga Ball?

It's a big blow up ball that you can get inside and roll around in. My DS5 really wants it for Christmas and it looks like loads of fun, but I'm concerned about the durability. It has mixed reviews online. Does anyone have any experience with it? Cheapest I can find it is $50.

We have gone thru 2 of these already. It is alot of fun but it does takes forever to inflate. Our first one got holes at the seams because all of the kids keep trying to climb in it at once. The second one had a hole when we bought it. I do think its a good toy but only one kid in it at a time and buy it knowing it will not last forever.

We bought one for DS last Christmas.

It is still in one piece however we do not take it outside. And it's big, so inside is tricky. But I'd read lots of reviews about it getting holes outside.

It does take a long time to inflate. Beware. If you inflate it Christmas Eve it will take up a huge amount of space. If you leave it in the box you will have a kid hovering you for an hour Christmas morning while you inflate the thing.

My sister bought the kids one of these for Christmas a few years ago. It does take forever to inflate, which might be an issue for the kiddos. Ours have used it a whopping two times (including Christmas Day after purchase) because of this. I think we ended up giving it away because it's no longer in the garage.
