OT--Anti-choking tool?

My MIL has this little shot-glass shaped tool that if you can put something inside it, it's a choking hazard. She doesn't remember where she got it. I think it would be helpful in teaching my dd4.5 what she has to keep out of reach of her baby sister, but I can't find one anywhere. Has anyone seen one of these?
