OSO at H&V when?

Does anybody know when OSO is going to take over at H&V? I know Manny is supposed to help take over JoJo and Goliath too, is he there already? When I made the ressie the other day, the CM seemed completely surprised and didn't know JoJo was being replaced. We're going in Dec. Thanks!!

And yes, I know characters are subject to change. Just didn't know when the new characters will start showing up.

He's already appearing. There have been a few threads and pictures over the last couple of weeks confirming that he is there.

Manny and Oso (I have no idea what Oso is, although I'm familiar with Handy Manny) are both appearing now.
