Yes, everyone was looking so fine. Very "old movie" look. Charlize looked like she stepped right out of a black and white movie, she was beautiful.

Yes, the women always look impressive! But where was the color!!!! It must have been the "in" thing this year for pale, white colors. I loved Catherine Zeta Jones in that red dress because she stood out. And to say one thing about the Diane Keaton thing... UGH!!!

I LOVED Renee and Charlize's dresses!

I was so glad to see Johnny dressing nicely! I felt bad for him. He was just so awesome! But he's young! There's an Oscar for him out there somewhere in the future!

Blondie, thanks for the pictures. I didn't get to catch the Oscars, except for Renee winning. I heard on a news report that Billy Crystal was right on last night.

Renee's dress; I loved the front but that big bow in the back with the train. I wans't too sure about that.

I guess Charlize Theron went on a little vacation to Brazil between the Golden Globes and the SAG Awards, that's where they say she got her tan from.

Charlize looked orange to me. Very fake looking tan. Of course, she can pull off orange skin and look beautiful. You can really see the orange when she stands next to Renee.

As soon as Jennifer Garner walked out on stage (didn't see the pre-show stuff) I commented to people at the party we were at that her dress would make the top of a lot of "best dresses" lists. It was beautiful. And I'm not a devoted fan of hers or dresses.

The dress I liked the least was Susan Sarandon's. The off the shoulder on the one side didn't work for me. I'm sure that it was supposed to be worn that way but I kept wanting to reach out and pull it up to match the other side.

I'd like to see Nicole Kidman in a darker color. She looks too much like an ice queen in pastels. But I've never been a big fan of hers anyway.
