Osbourne Lights This Year?Dates?

I am looking at the calendar for our trip beginning Nov 8th...the same as years past and am not seeing the lights on the calendar. Is it later this year? Tell me we are not going to miss it!

According to a quick search, it appears that the actual dates are usually announced in July or later (at least in 2012 and 2013).
