Well, as they say you can't do everything! I'm trying to decide between Osbourne Lights (we've never see them before) and 1900 Park Fare for dinner. I've heard it's fun. We are lucky enough to be going to both CRT and Akershus, so we will be seeing the princesses but I'd like to see the GF, have a monorail ride and see the sassy Stepmother. My daughters are 3&5. What would you do?

We did Osbourne lights for the first time last year and loved it. I would not miss it if we get to go during the Christmas season again!

For me no question, the lights! The food at 1900 isn't great.

I would choose Osbourne Lights. This is reportedly the last year for them and although I haven't seen them yet (I will soon!) they are the one thing that everyone tells me not to miss.

It is not the last year. Who is spreading this.

Lights, no question! As for GF, take a break from Mk and do a monorail tour. Each deluxe resort really goes all out for the holidays. The two Lodges are the most "Christmasy" and I love BC at Christmas, but they all of something to offer.

The Stepmother and Stepsisters meet daily at MK, so you don't have to go to 1900 to meet them. Definitely do the Lights.

I would see the lights. Maybe try and get a breakfast ADR at Park Fare if you really want to eat there? I didn't think the food at dinner was that great.

I agree with everyone else that I'd do the lights over 1900 PF. We loved the step sisters, but the food wasn't anything special to us. We've seen the Osborne lights and they are amazing and IMO, they are a must do during the holidays (especially if you've never seen them before).

Ok, I am officially convinced!! It didn't even occur to me that we could see the trio at MK either, so thanks for that recommendation. 1900 will have to be experienced the next trip. Not sure when we'll be back during the holidays either. really appreciate the feedback :)

Good decision! We did both on our last Christmas trip, and are going back at Christmas again this year. Osbourne lights are so much at the top of our must-do list that we booked the Frozen Premium package - and we don't even care one way or the other about Frozen lol. 1900 Park Fare was a fantastic breakfast, and the characters are a blast, but the Osbourne lights definitely tops it by far. We couldn't squeeze in PF this year, but honestly, there are so many similar experiences that you won't miss it. There is NOTHING like the Osbourne lights!!

I would choose the lights. We have never seen them because we try to plan our trips around other days off from school. Unfortunately none of those are in December. So in about 20 visits to WDW, we've never seen the lights.

GF will be there any time of year. Do the December stuff while you can! :thumbsup2
