Osbourne Lights/Fantasmic & Wishes/MVMCP

Planning, planning, planning. Our trip is Dec 2 - 10 so we are trying to schedule all the christmas activities. I have two questions :

MGM - assuming an 8:00 close with a 7:00 Fantasmic - Can I have 5:00 dinner reservations using the Fantasmic package, go to Osbourne lights at 6:00 and still make it in time for a seat for Fantasmic? Does anyone know when you have to line up for fantasmic when you use the package. Also, will it be possible to get through Osbourne lights in an hour (crowd issues). We are planning to so this on a Saturday.

MK - On evenings when there is MVMCP, do they skip Wishes for the regular crowd and do it for the MCMCP crowd?

Fantasmic - I believe you have to show up 30 minutes before showtime with the package. I would plan Osborne Lights for another night or see them after Fantasmic.

Wishes - it is not shown during regular hours on MVMCP nights. It is shown about 9:15 during the party.

You can see the Osbourne lights after Fantasmic, alot of people do, just follow the crowd. It can be crowded but the lanes are wide enough so that you can stroll through and take your time.

I don't know about your dinner time--we usually have a 4-5 o'clock time. I agree with previous posters. See the lights after Fantasmic. We tried to go through before Fantasmic last year and there was a bottle neck. So we tried again after Fastasmic and had a much easier time of it. Still lots of people but moving smoothly.
