Osbourne Light is gone, now what?

Now that this is gone, I was wondering what should I be expecting when we go around the same time every year..is it being replaced by anything or it's just another day at the park? thx

Unfortunately, I don't think it's being replaced by anything. It's a shame because the Osbourne lights were special. I have seen some cool Christmas light displays set to music, but the Osbourne lights were awesome!

I don't think DIsney will replace the Lights any time soon. I have noticed that as decorations and events are removed, for whatever reason, they are gone forever. I think that it is a shame becuase one of the very special things Disney offered was holidays done right. It's funny, until you start to list all that has been removed, you don't realize how much is actually gone. It happens slowly and you kind of get used to it. The LIghts though? I think that one will be missed as much as Lights of Winter.

The Osboure lights were special indeed! IMHO I believe that it could have been a 12 month attraction and still maintain large crowds even in the summer months.

The area is being torn down, and they won't go with what is replacing it. According to WDW at this point, the closure of Osborne Lights appears to be permanent.
