What time does it typically start?

It looks for my day F! is at 6:30 but the park is open until 8, so I assume its closer to closing time.

Yeah I found it from 6 til close (8)...

The app didn't give specific hours

There's no specific hours. They turn it on at "dusk." That could be 6 or it could be closer to 6:30, as the days get shorter they will turn on earlier.
