Osborne Lights

I was wondering if anyone will give me some info on the Osborne Lights. We are trying to plan and I was not sure if they go on at a certain time. Is it best to be there when the go on and what time does it start, how long do they stay on for the night? I was trying to make my meal reservations so we don't miss it.

I read on allears.net that they turn on at 6:00 and stay on until park closing.
