osborne lights start nov 28 or 30?

I was under the impression that they started on Friday after Thanksgiving, but I have read different dates. On allears they say Nov 30 but on the article they say Nov 28. How do I find out for sure?

We also are going during Thanksgiving! We used to go all the time during that time period and I am pretty sure that Osborn lights were already up and running before turkey day! I hope it's the same this year!
