Osborne lights in early December

Does it seem like you can't see the Osborne lights and Fantasmic and eat at MGM all on one night? There is only one EMH night, which isn't optimal for seeing Fantasmic. If you go to Fantasmic and eat there on a non EMH night, the lights will be closed. If I understand correctly, lights start at 5:45 and close at 7. Anyone have confirmation of this? Thanks!

It does really seem like that and for that reason we've decided to not see Fantasmic on the same night. Plus we are having a late lunch around 2 or 2:30 so we don't mess up seeing the Osbourne Lights. Of course, we have seen Fantasmic many times already and would like to go again but have decided that beings we haven't seen the Osbourne Lights only one other time, we would make that the priority for this time.

There's another thread about this...just read it yesterday... those that have been there for the lights the last few years said you were allowed into the park after Fantasmic! to view the Osborne show.
