Has anyone used this company to book tours? I would like to book their shopping tour but wanted to check to see if there are any positive or negative views!!

Dont know what exactly your looking for but a link here to Viator, not used them in Orlando but they were very good in New York. I have made the link go direct to shopping, Sorry can't help with other link never heard of them.
Cant you just get the I ride trolley bus or Taxi? We always have a car so not up on these tours.
