Orlando's Ron Jon Surf Shop?

We'll be headed down I-4 to WDW and are considering stopping at the Ron Jon that's in Orlando (we've been to the Cocoa Beach one numerous times and don't want to take that much time out of our trip).

How does this Ron Jon compare? I've gotten directions from MapQuest, but I'm wondering how nutty/congested the area is around Ron Jon, seeing as how it is on International Drive (4-way stop lights every block make this rural, backwoods family nuts!). How long then, drive time to get down to WDW? We're famous for thinking something will only take 20 minutes only to find it is an hour driving time due to traffic!

Thanks in advance!

Laurie

The Ron Jons in Orlando is just a small-med size store in the "mall" called Festival Bay.

Nothing like the cocoa site. Unless you are interested in something that you cannot get anywhere else but RJ, I would skip the shop

I've been to both and I thought it was very nice. It's right across the street from the Belz Outlet mall with the Disney Character Warehouse stores, so it might make it worth your while! There is also a Sweet Tomatoes restaurant right near there on International Drive which is a good stop if you're hungry too! If you're coming from Disney way, just take I4 to the Sand Lake Road exit and it's not too far on International Drive.
