Orlando Trip End of April

The boyfriend and I are planning a trip to Orlando for the end of the April. We are planning on 4 days at DW and 1 or 2 at Universal Studios. I am looking into hotels and transportation right now. We're both slightly under 25 so we'd prefer not to have to rent a rental car. Are there any recommended hotels that provide a shuttle (doesn't have to be free) to Universal and all the Disney Parks?

Restaurant recommendations would also be good. I know visitors to Disney World start booking way earlier than visitors to Disneyland. Are we going to be out of luck doing dining reservations 3 months ahead?

Mears runs a shuttle from WDW resorts to Universal. Check the "sticky" on the transportation board for details including prices.

Stay at a WDW resort and you can use DME for airport transfers and Disney transportation to Disneyparks. Also check the DTD resorts. They also offer decent transportation to WDW parks.
