Orlando to Poly and Poly to Miami advice please

Greetings,

Can anyone advise me of the best method for getting from Orlando Airport to the Polynesian at WDW on Sunday, and then from the Polynesian down to Miami the following Saturday.

We are British , and not familiar with the area, so please be gentle with us, if there is an obvious answer to the questions

The best fastest and cheapest way is to rent a car. Orlando is about 4 hours by car from Miami. It is a pretty easy drive, may be the most boring trip on the east coast about 3 hours of nothing. We make the trip from South Florida about 2 times a year
