Orlando Stroller Rentals-have you used it?

We are driving down and thinking about sorage space we will have. I have seen the ads for the Orlando Stroller Rental company and wondered if you have used it and enjoyed the service. Here are some questions:

What time do they deliver to the resort?
Have you had any issues closing/opening/locking the strollers?
How big is the storage space underneath/ We will have one or 2 backpacks plus jackets-will they fit underneath?

If you have rented from them were there any accessories you took with you that you found helpful?

I saw the testimonials but I doubt they would put negative reviews on their site, LOL I know I have a lot of questions so I thank you in advance for answering and giving me your opinions.

We just returned from a trip to the World. We have a 4.1/2 yr old and a 2 yr old. This company is magnificent. I would recommend them to anyone. The stroller we rented was a double (side by side). The girls were extremely comfortable and napped in them each day as well. It folded super easy...we had no problem with that at all. We actually would wait until the last minute boarding the bus, monorail, etc before closing it down. You pull a strap in the middle of each seat and it folds instantly. We let them know when our flight was due to arrive and our stroller was there at the hotel waiting for us. We returned it the same way (to the bell service at the hotel). It was actually even cheaper than the WDW strollers and 1000 times nicer. Very clean...actually like brand new. I can't say enough about them. We would do this again in a heartbeat. As for the storage, if the kids are in it, it is hard to access the storage but we did put 2 very packed backpacks and several smaller things in the storage each day. Enjoy!

We used Orlando Stroller Rental this past August for my 4 yo and 15 month old. This was the best decision we made. I loved the stroller. Very easy to use. The kids were comfortable. Best thing is that each seat reclines individually so when the baby wanted to nap, he could. We brought a small fan that attached to the stroller to help keep them cool. Plenty of storage, but like the PP said, it is a little difficult to access.

The best thing is their customer service. We took the bus to Animal Kingdom. As we were walking in, my oldest son was pushing the stoller and complaining that it was hard to push. I thought the wheel got locked. When I went down to unlock it, I realized one of the wheels had fallen off! I called them and they immediately sent someone out. They met me in the parking lot, snapped on a new wheel and off we went!

I would not hesitate to use them again.
