Orlando on site rentals cars

With the new regulations, does anyone know if the rental car companies(National in particular) are still located on site?

I know you only have to go down one level from baggage and across a road to get to the national garage and is this still the case or have they had to move it?

I e-mailed customer service at Dollar rent a car, since I am due to pick up a car at MCO tomorrow.
They wrote me right back and said that my car would still be picked up at MCO. Not sure if that means
"in the same place" or not, but I'll let you know when I get back!
