Off topic but how does F&W work, is there extra cost, special events? Were not that interested in cooking classes just the eating and drinking part. THANKS

Yes there are costs for events - there are wine/liquor seminars and culinary demos/tastings which I believe were about $5/pp for passholders (not sure what the regular cost was sorry). If you want to eat and drink at each pavilion then yes there is also a cost (in my opinion a tad expensive for the small portions you get) ...
