Orlando Flex Ticket

I am about to purchase tickets for our upcoming trip to Universal and I just want to be sure the Orlando Flex Ticket will enable me to ride Hogwarts Express. I am purchasing from Undercover Tourist. Anyone have feed back on this ticket? I am searching, but not coming up with an answer, probably cuz I am rushing lol.
