Hi All, I thought I would post a review about OCR. I have learned so much from the boards I thought I would give some back too. From the word go, this company was great. I had a bunch of questions that I corresponded with the owner Lisa through email. She was very prompt and courteous. When it came time to get the crib delivered to the Beach Club, she was there within 40 minutes of when I called her to let her know we had a room number. The crib was very clean and the mattress looked firm and comfy (I didn't actually try it out
) and also included was the mattress pad, 2 crib sheets and 2 blankets. Before she left we set up a time for pickup on departure day. She was there right on the dot and removal was a breeze too. She set up the crib for us and it took 10 minutes max including tying on those pesky bumper ties! I would not hestitate spending the $70 for the week again.
