Hey everyone, I'm having an escape wedding and I think we're going to have a small picnic-like soiree at our time share after the ceremony for dinner. I would LOVE to go out, but it's really not in the budget. Originally my SIL and mother said they would LOVE to cook for us, but I just fear that its too much stress and far too much work to ask for their "vacation." SO, does anyone know a good restaurant that caters? Or a reliable caterer for that matter? We're just looking for something simple -- pasta, salads, chicken maybe... bbq...i dunno - we haven't got as far as the menu.

OH, (thumps forehead!) You can always do what we did. Our wedding was in a 2 bdrm Villa at OKW and we got our reception goodies from the local Publix. Meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, fruit, a variety of salads including pasta. Everyone loved the food, they do a wonderful job.
